This non-face-to-face medical consultation model has been designed for patients who are well and stable, already familiar with the concepts of Functional Medicine, Anti-Aging, and Hormone Replacement Therapy with bioidentical hormones (BHRT), but who need to carry out their annual reassessment and hormone prescription renewal in a simple and fast way, without waiting lists.

This service has been created so that you can keep your follow-up up to date, even when the in-person schedule is full, and allows you to receive your clinical report and prescriptions within a few days, after submitting your personal and clinical questionnaire along with your most recent test results.

PRESCRIPTION RENEWAL AND UPDATED MEDICAL TESTS

Renewal of your BHRT treatment plan, switch to what is available in Portugal with dose adjustments or according to other special requirements.

How it works:


First-time Patients


Complete the QPREP, a comprehensive questionnaire that allows Dr. Andreia to understand your full medical history and current plan.
 

This is intended for patients who are already being followed in Functional and Anti-Aging Medicine, either nationally or internationally, and who only need to maintain their usual plan and renew prescriptions.
 

After 3–6 months, an in-person consultation will be recommended to ensure continuity of care with Dr. Andreia.


Follow-up Patients, already under Dr. Andreia’s care


Follow-up patients complete the QMAP, a detailed questionnaire designed to assess the patient’s current status, covering areas such as clinical progress, new hormonal or supplementation adjustments, and more — many of the questions normally asked during an in-person consultation.


Once the QMAP is submitted, Dr. Andreia carefully reviews all answers, recent tests, and the patient’s objectives, and issues a medical opinion, including prescription renewal and any necessary minor therapeutic adjustments.

 

 

 


NOTE: If during the evaluation Dr. Andreia identifies an issue that requires an in-person consultation, the amount paid will be fully credited towards the mandatory in-person consultation, ensuring you receive the necessary attention without losing your investment.

What is included:

  • A comprehensive clinical report, including Dr. Andreia’s medical opinion after reviewing your questionnaire, addressing any questions, new objectives, and the results of your most recent tests;

  • Prescriptions valid for 6–12 months, according to clinical judgement and the need for reassessment;

 

  • Recommended follow-up tests for your next consultation

  • Personalised recommendations based on the issues assessed in your questionnaire.

  • The contact details of specialised pharmacies where you can order your personalised supplementation formulas and BHRT (bioidentical hormone replacement therapy).
