Administrative Fees and Medical Services

In certain clinical or administrative situations outside the context of a medical consultation, an administrative medical service fee may be applied. This measure recognises the clinical and technical time dedicated to evaluating the request and ensures the safety and responsibility inherent to medical practice.

The increase in requests requiring individualised attention and medical time outside the scope of a formal consultation has made the application of these fees necessary.

The applicable fees are as follows:

​

Prescription Renewal Service – 25 Euros

Applicable for:

• Requests for prescriptions whose validity exceeds 12 months without a new consultation;

• Requests for prescriptions issued by other doctors, outside the context of a medical consultation;

• Re-issuance of prescriptions due to legal issues or extraordinary requests outside the usual protocol.

Medical Opinion Services – 60 Euros

Include:

• Evaluation of laboratory tests and issuance of a medical opinion, including prescription or therapeutic plan;

• Adjustment of hormone doses without a recent clinical assessment (over 3 months);

• Successive rescheduling or no-shows with requests for prescription or second copies of medical documents;

• Extensive clinical communications via email or WhatsApp (more than two interactions);

• Combination of more than one of the requests above;

• Medical reports for insurers requiring detailed clinical information, beyond the ICPC-2 diagnosis list.

These fees allow us to continue providing a service of excellence and dedication, while respecting the time of all parties involved.
